For personal life coaching I am happy to work with clients either on a one-session basis, or for on-going sessions. Whilst it’s important to be realistic about what can be covered in a single one hour session, it can enable you to get clarity about the next step you want to take, or to explore a specific issue that is important to you at the time. Perhaps it may even create a “light bulb moment” that changes the way you view yourself or an aspect of your life. Regular coaching sessions enable you to create bigger shifts, steadily, over a period of time, and can be especially helpful during a period of change or if you are experiencing high levels of stress.

Ongoing sessions can be a mixture of one hour, face to face sessions, and telephone sessions which might be of shorter duration, should you wish. The first session would be face to face as I feel it is important to make the initial connection in person. It is up to you how frequently you wish to arrange sessions. The cost will be based on £60 per hour. Please contact me to discuss your situation, and how I can assist.

I have many years' experience of giving Tarot Readings, and have developed a style which I feel works well and is helpful for my clients. My aim is always to help you to find the best way forward in your situation, as I believe we all have some degree of choice and power over the way our lives unfold... and so I prefer to explore potentials rather than aiming to make predictions. That is not to say that I won't share with you any information that arises spontaneously in terms of your future, but I do not believe that the future is "fixed". I am a trained Psychic Medium and during readings, as in my life generally, I do receive information from Spirit which I share with clients as appropriate.

Face to face Tarot Readings appointments take place in Ruislip, last one hour and cost £60 payable in advance. I also offer Tarot Readings by Skype or phone, should this be more convenient for you. These sessions can be shorter with the price adjusted accordingly. The minimum charge is £30 for up to 30 minutes, going up to £60 for an hour. If you are emailing please include your name, email address and a telephone number if possible, as I prefer to speak to my new clients by phone before making a booking.

Due to the number of very short notice cancellations I have had recently, I have regretfully decided to ask for payment, via Paypal, at the time of booking; however this will be refunded if you phone me to cancel at least six hours ahead of your appointment. Emails and texts don't always arrive promptly, so please do not rely on those to let me know that you need to cancel..
