My Privacy Policy
The new GDPR laws come into effect on 25 May 2018. This is my privacy policy; to inform you of what data I receive from my clients and people who contact me (through my website contact form, by direct email, or by phone) and what I do with that information.

What information I receive when you contact me.
When you use the contact form on the website the information is passed to me by email, and is deleted from the web host’s systems once they are confident it has been delivered to me. I am given your name as you provide it, your email address, your IP address, and any information that you voluntarily provide, which may include your phone number.
When you contact me by direct email I will have your name and email address, and any information that you voluntarily provide, which may include your phone number.
When you contact me by phone I will have your phone number, your name and any information that you voluntarily provide, which may include your email address.
If we use skype then I may have your skype user-name.
Occasionally clients give me their birth details (date, time and place of birth) to enable me to look up their astrological birth chart.
What I do with the information that I receive.
I use this information to communicate with clients, to arrange appointments, and to supply information to them as agreed. Occasionally I may conduct appointments by phone, skype or email.
I keep client email addresses in my email account contact list, and also keep the emails we have exchanged, for future reference. I am currently reviewing this policy. If you would prefer me to delete your information please let me know.

When a client gives me their birth information to look up their natal chart, I use software on my phone or tablet, or an astrology website which is password protected. I only use the client’s first name or initials to do this, and I delete the information when I have finished working with the client.
What I don’t do with the information I receive.
I do not sell, or pass on, client information to anyone else, or to other companies. The exceptions to this are where a client specifically asks me to put them in touch with someone, or if I were required to supply information by law.
Cookies on the website.
